My first workout being posted in my journal : 11/4 Bench - 455x1 405x3,2,2,3 Reverse Curls - 95x6,6,8 Tricep Pushdowns - 150x4,3 100x10 I will be shooting for a 550 raw bench by the end of 2005 and this is how I plan on doing it. I am really sick of always reading some "new" way to train. It just takes plain old hard work. I will really be concentrating on my triceps as this is my weakest bodypart.
